The sales manager individual will work closely with the company’s leadership team to take point on building sales solutions and tools needed to execute our go-to-market strategy. Not only will this person help build the foundation of our internal systems and processes, but they will also drive scale and efficiency throughout the sales process. Your high-level strategic thinking and on-the-ground execution will propel the sales team to grow and scale well, with a strong focus on team building and analytical and quantitative thinking.
We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, the ability to work cross-functionally, and excellent communication skills.
- Drive growth in sales in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, product) to ensure alignment and consistency in sales strategies and initiatives.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations (preferably at a startup)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Articulate, organized, and detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing collaborative environment.
- Ambitious self-starter who’s eager to learn while being a core part of building our business from the ground up.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
